General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the kjbd platform, including the website at kjbd.net, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all products and services offered thereunder, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and promotional features. By accessing any part of the kjbd platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all registered kjbd account holders located in Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the kjbd platform and must close your account immediately by contacting support at [email protected].

kjbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. When material changes are made, kjbd will endeavour to notify registered account holders via the email address on file. However, it is the responsibility of each player to review the current Terms before each session. Continued use of the kjbd platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. Where any translation of these Terms is made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

The kjbd platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of account registration. By registering a kjbd account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in accordance with these Terms.

kjbd enforces age verification as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. All players must complete identity verification — including submission of a valid government-issued identification document showing date of birth — before any withdrawal from a kjbd account will be processed. kjbd reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of deposit, during active play, or prior to withdrawal processing.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately upon discovery. All funds held in such an account will be retained pending investigation and may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy. kjbd takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will report confirmed cases to the relevant authorities where required.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use a kjbd account.
• You must not allow any person under the age of 18 to access your kjbd account or use your registered payment methods in connection with kjbd.
• You must not register on behalf of another person, regardless of that person's age.
• kjbd reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time without prior notice.
• Accounts suspended for age violations may have their balances forfeited in full.

Account Registration

To access the full range of kjbd products and services — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a kjbd account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with kjbd. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kjbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets or bonus balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kjbd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. kjbd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kjbd support immediately.

• All registration information must be accurate and match your official identity documents.
• One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any other person.
• kjbd accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You must notify kjbd promptly of any changes to your registered personal details.
• KYC verification documents must be submitted before the first withdrawal is processed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

kjbd supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier; current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed in real time and credited to the kjbd account balance within seconds of successful completion. Withdrawals to mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawal processing times are subject to completion of KYC verification.

All funds deposited into a kjbd account must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using a payment account registered to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension. kjbd reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• All transactions must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• kjbd does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• kjbd reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending verification or investigation of unusual account activity.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to the kjbd account balance.

Bonuses & Promotions

kjbd offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered account holders, including welcome bonuses on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spins, cricket betting boosts during BPL and IPL seasons, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major ICC tournaments. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded to a kjbd account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be staked in qualifying games before a withdrawal request can be made. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.

kjbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have been credited in error — including as a result of a technical fault — may be removed from player accounts at kjbd's discretion. Any winnings derived from an erroneously credited bonus may also be voided.

• All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements specified at the time of the offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• kjbd reserves the right to refuse or cancel a bonus if misuse or abuse is suspected.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms; unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
• Bonus winnings converted to real-money balance are subject to the standard withdrawal verification process.

User Obligations

By registering and using a kjbd account, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You accept full responsibility for your use of the kjbd platform, including all wagers placed and all financial transactions made from your account. You agree to use the kjbd platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not use the kjbd platform in any manner that is fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive to the fair operation of games or to other users. This includes, but is not limited to: using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform; colluding with other players in multiplayer games; exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities; making chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider in bad faith; or engaging in any form of bonus abuse including the coordinated misuse of promotional offers.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information in all dealings with kjbd, including registration and KYC verification.
• You must not use the platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.
• Automated tools, bots, and scripts are strictly prohibited on the kjbd platform.
• You must not attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated in bad faith constitute fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
• You must keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• You must not use funds derived from illegal activity to deposit into your kjbd account.
• You must not access the kjbd platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Account Suspension & Closure

kjbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where kjbd has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is in progress. Circumstances that may give rise to account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: provision of false registration information, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, chargebacks, multiple account operation, use of prohibited software, or any other breach of these Terms.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, kjbd will freeze the account balance for the duration of the investigation. kjbd will endeavour to complete investigations in a timely manner and will communicate the outcome to the account holder at the registered email address. Where a breach is confirmed, any outstanding balance may be forfeited in part or in full, and the account will be permanently closed.

Players may also voluntarily request the closure of their kjbd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are treated as priority cases and will be actioned immediately. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

• kjbd may suspend or close accounts in breach of these Terms without prior notice.
• Suspended account balances will be frozen pending the outcome of investigation.
• Confirmed breaches may result in partial or full forfeiture of the account balance.
• Voluntary self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately by the support team.
• Upon legitimate voluntary closure, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's payment method.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kjbd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the kjbd platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, technical faults, or errors in game outcomes caused by third-party software malfunctions.

kjbd makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network issues, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. kjbd will endeavour to minimise downtime and notify players of planned maintenance periods where practicable.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities is not permitted, kjbd's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by kjbd's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Players acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that kjbd cannot guarantee winnings. By using the kjbd platform, each player accepts full personal responsibility for all wagers placed and for managing their gambling activity within their own financial means. kjbd strongly encourages all players to read the Responsible Gaming page before depositing or wagering.
